Adivice Robert Kiyosaki?

What do you think of him? I think he and his council is an adventure to get rich quick. Most of the guys you see in the infomericals like Jeff Paul, for example, are short term get garbage million high speed internet. I think Kiyosaki adivce to board books adivce slow the long term. buy real estate to create passive cash flow until the market recovers. This advice is different experts in construction of other so-called wealth. Kiyosaki says and talk to other professionals as well, so do not like what I did and you will be rich. My plan is to follow his adivice soon and also read other books he recommends. What do you think?

Hi Jarod, I think you can learn a lot of Robert Kiyosaki, but of course you must think of everything for yourself. I really liked the first DAD Rico, Poor Dad, and I feel that there are many good lessons on financial planning and thought. His insistence on a house you own and live is not an asset, although not technically correct, a good way of thinking. He said that only property income returns should be considered an asset. The house where he lives is a cost to you. This has contributed to influence my own philosophy of investment income. I think some of your points are debatable. For example, although there is certainly nothing hard to get rich through real estate is not for everyone, and not as safe as he likes to make it sound. Property values deplaned. You can lose money with bad tenants, etc. Also, I would include shares that pay dividends than to acquire good active as an investor, it is true that you can not get rich this way too quickly with real estate. And once you have invested in the financial markets enough to be an accredited investor, I'm not sure why you want to spend time looking at offers from the private placement. Even if you are a major employer, the risk is high. In addition, one of his books has a section on securing your stock portfolio by buying put index is a mistake. So let's be honest – I think the last book you have a good ole dad saying that rich old rich dad probably never said much when was alive. I think Kiyosaki want to give good advice, and shoehorn in his Rich Dad franchise in any way we can. Rich Dad so look to the future to predict economic disaster because of the law establishing IRA. And last but not least, advice Kiyosaki on getting good grades and get a good job is important. Most highly intelligent people are not as much money as they could. Comply with a salary of middle class, while leaving your Some brains do entrepremeur rich.
